If you don't want to spend over $100,000 on a motor coach, you may be interested to know that Holiday Rambler makes one called the Admiral SE. Although Holiday Rambler and also other companies such as Monaco, Newmar, Beaver and others make some high-end models that can cost $400,000 or more, most people cannot afford them. But, what kind of quality do you get for that price? Here are some details that you might like to know when you are comparing the Holiday Rambler Admiral SE with some of the other models on the market. The first thing that you should know is that the Holiday Rambler Admiral has a gas rather than a diesel powered engine. This will not give you as much power as a diesel pusher, so if you are planning on towing a big boat or car, you may need a different RV. But, if you will just be carrying you and your "stuff" this size and type of RV might be a good choice because regular gas is generally easier to find and cheaper than diesel fuel. All of the motor coaches that Holiday Rambler makes now have 7 foot interior ceilings to make them feel more spacious and open. This will keep you from banging your head every time you come in or out, or turn around. The five color schemes and two wood choices are fairly basic and are coordinated for both the interior and exterior, and the flooring is laminate tile flooring. The countertops are laminate as well. This may be fine for most people, but some would prefer the hardwood floors and ceramic tile you get in the higher end makes and models. The cockpit is surprisingly well-designed with an optional rear view video camera system and a CD player/radio in the dashboard.Julie Jacobs writes articles about RVs, and how to finance them.
