Describe things you want or desire about yourself.
Be believable by you.Try writing down some positive affirmations about yourself.
You should be prepared to:See what you write down on a regular basis throughout the day.
Update them regularly.
Say them allowed and with feeling a number of times a day and convince yourself that you mean it.Write them down on flashcards and select carefully where you put them for the maximum impact. For example.At the side of your bed. This may help you get your day off to a good start.

On your placemat at the table.
On the front of your car dashboard.
In your diary at work.
In your purse.View and repeat them aloud regularly.
