Having Your Cake and Eating It Too! Many of us feel if we give everything up to God, we won't enjoy life. Some think that the Christian life is one big bore, full of a lot of rules and regulations. For some Christians that is the case, because they have not yet established how to walk with God in the beauty of holiness. Holiness means to be whole in Christ, not having one foot in and one foot out, but both feet walking in the kingdom of righteousness, without spot or blemish.God is our cake, and we can take a slice each and every day and eat it with joy. It is up to us to delight ourselves in the Lord, so that he will fulfill the desires of our hearts. Psalm 37:4. Jesus said that he came to give us life, and life more abundantly! If you believe in the words of God, you must stand on them. You can have your cake, and eat it too! Enjoy life, have fun. Life in Christ is not about a bunch of rules and regulations; it's about living, and breathing the fresh air that is in Christ. The dirty air that is in the world, that is what will set you back. There are places that put all kinds of bondages on people, because they don't know the truth. Get the truth, so that you can be set free. Take a deep breath and enjoy the fresh air that is in Christ! Have your cake, and eat it with joy!
